If I issue an attack order for all three of my leaders on the same square, who attacks first?

Whichever leader you issue the order for first, i.e.1 Bloggs Attack Joe 100%2 Frank Attack Joe 100%3 Sue Attack Joe 100%Bloggs, then Frank, then Sue will attack Joe, in that order. Same with Defends.
